Terms of Service
Effective September 26, 2026
Written estimates
No work begins until you have approved a written estimate. The written estimate is the price; if we find something new, we stop and send a revised estimate for your approval.
Labor rate
Common repair and diagnostic labor is billed at $149 per hour. Parts are extra and listed on the estimate.
Warranty
Our labor carries a 12-month warranty. OEM parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Access to your boat
You are responsible for arranging access to the dock, lift, slip or dry stack, including any marina gate pass, dockmaster notice or contractor permission. We provide a certificate of insurance on request.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If we arrive and cannot reach the boat, we may bill for time on site.

Limitation of liability
Our liability for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job, except where Florida law does not allow such a limit. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or failures of parts we did not supply or service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
