Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?

Because you should know the number before the truck moves. Flat rates per engine, quoted from the published card, with the diagnostic credited in full to any work authorized the same visit.

Are parts included in the listed prices?

Scheduled service prices include the consumables listed on that service. Repair parts are billed at listed cost. Florida sales tax applies to parts and labor.

What happens if the job runs over the estimate?

If it runs more than 10% over, we stop and call you. No exceptions, no surprise invoices.

Do you discount twin and triple engines?

Yes. Every engine after the first is 15% off, because our travel and setup is already paid for.

Can everything be done at my dock?

Accepted Answer

Nearly all of it: diagnostics, scheduled service, impellers, fuel systems, electrical, trim and tilt. Lower unit rebuilds are pulled on site and finished on the bench.

Which engines do you work on?

Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda and Evinrude outboards. We refer factory-warranty repairs and OEM-financed repowers to a partner dealer rather than pretending to be one.

What is in the service record?

Engine make, model and serial, engine hours, date, technician, every procedure performed, part numbers used, torque specs and photographs. Emailed and texted before we leave the dock.

Where do you go?

All of Palm Beach County — docks, marina slips, dry stacks and driveways. A travel surcharge applies north of the Jupiter Inlet or south of Boca Raton.

Do you work in dry stack facilities?

Yes. We coordinate with the yard so the boat is staged and ready when we arrive.

What does the 12-month labor warranty cover?

Our workmanship on anything we performed, for twelve months. If it is our work, we come back and make it right at no charge.

Will mobile service void my engine warranty?

Accepted Answer

No. Federal law protects your right to use an independent shop for maintenance. Our documented record with part numbers is exactly what a claim needs.

How fast can you get to me?

Within 24 hours or the trip fee is on us. Most Jupiter and Gardens calls are same day.

Do you work weekends?

Saturday is a normal working day. Sunday and after hours run on emergency coverage — text us and you get a reply.

Do I need to be there?

No, as long as we have access. You get the record with photos either way.
