All 102 slips are wet, and that decides what gets worked on where
We provide a written estimate for this work based on your boat and the repairs needed. Request a quote before authorizing service.
Dropping a lower unit at a Bluffs slip
Access, the dockmaster, and the insurance certificate
AquaRepair is not an approved vendor, a preferred vendor, or on any contractor list at The Bluffs Marina. We do not have gate access and do not claim any. The slip holder arranges it — a visitor pass, a name left at the office, or meeting the truck at the gate. What we bring is the paperwork: AquaRepair carries the contractor insurance marinas ask for and will email a certificate of insurance to the marina office on request.
The water these boats run, and the wear it causes
Bluffs boats run north to Jupiter Inlet or south down the Intracoastal. Both routes leave marks.
Questions Bluffs slip holders ask
Do I need to be at the boat? No, as long as we can get to it and get aboard. You arrange access; we send the written estimate before starting and the documented record when we finish, and you approve any overrun beyond 10% before it happens.
Are you an approved contractor at The Bluffs? No. AquaRepair is not on an approved or preferred vendor list at this or any facility. You notify the dockmaster or arrange a gate pass; we send a certificate of insurance to the office on request.
My temperature only climbs when I idle. Is that the impeller? Sometimes. On a boat that lives in the water it is just as often growth on the intake screens, restricting flow at low RPM when the pump turns slowest. The diagnostic checks block temperature, pump output and the screens before anything comes apart.
